Annette Jordan has been an independent organisational consultant for digital transformation since 2015. She has been involved in the topics of ‘leadership’, “change” and ‘diversity’ since she took over the management of the Wanne-Eickel marshalling yard for Deutsche Bahn in 2001. The mechanical engineer went on to hold various top management positions in rail freight transport, including on the board of SBB Cargo AG. Today, she is convinced that pure hierarchical leadership and no diversity will not move any company forward in the long term. Holistic and agile management structures are needed to increase diversity.

For this reason, she also invests with her JA Invest AG in various tech start-up teams that have an impact on the environment, health promotion and animal welfare with their start-ups. She is also a volunteer for FidAR (Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte) in NRW and organises events on the topic of equal participation.
